Xi'an: Reliquary Vessels

This pair of Tang dynasty glass reliquary vessels was excavated from a site near the Dongjiao Qinchuan Factory in Xi'an in 1971.
  The vessels are 9.3 cm high. Their bodies are cuboid with rounded shoulders and the necks are cylindrical with a thick rim. The bottles are yellow, translucent, and without decoration. The stoppers are missing.
