Plate with Lotus Design

| This plate measures 31.8 cm in diameter and is flat with an upturned rim. It stands on short legs in the form of double rings. In the middle, there is a lotus with ten petals and a pod with seven seeds at the center. The two outer rings are decorated with a scroll pattern. The surface of the plate is marked with black spots which reflect the impurity of the clay used. |
