The Bodhisattva stands with one arm raised and one leveled at the waist. The figure wears a large elaborate headdress that supports the topknot, though a few locks of hair are seen draped upon the shoulders. A large urna is in the center of the forehead. The only jewelry apart from the necklace, are the bangles around the wrists. One of several stoles hangs down the length of the body from the raised left arm. The multi-layered skirt is turned down at the top, and secured at the waist. The inner layer is longer and is red, while the outer layer is shorter and has been painted gold. |
