Sanoesa Temple: Vajra Bell

This vajra bell was recovered from the site of Sanoesa Temple. There are reliefs of Bodhisattvas, nuns, wisdom kings, and the Four Heavenly Kings on the exterior of the bell. The Four Heavenly Kings are depicted trampling demons or standing on clouds. The rim is curved and decorated with a bead pattern, and there are upright lotus petals between the handle and the bell body. The top of the handle has a vajra shape, and the clapper is in the form of a fish.
