Nagaraja Buddha

Also known as Nageshvararaja (the lord with power over nagas), Nagaraja is one of the Thirty-Five Buddhas. The Buddha is depicted wearing simple monastic robes and sitting in full lotus position with his hands in Dharmacakra (Dharma wheel) mudra. He is overshadowed by seven nagas, whose heads rise on intertwined bodies on both sides of the Buddha.
